How is pricing consistent and fair?

Some months include 4 sessions and others include 5. The price always stays the same, so over the year everything balances out.

How does the Full Back Money Guarantee work?

After registering and attending your first session, If it’s not for you, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll give you a full refund.

How much do classes cost?

Our classes cost £50 per month, paid by recurring card payment.

There is also a one off joining fee of £20 which includes a Little Kickers football kit.

How does the monthly payment work?

Your payment secures your place in the class each week rather than paying per session.

Your billing date is based on your first class and stays the same each month.

Why is the monthly price always the same?

Some months you will have 4 sessions and some months you will have 5.

For example, if your billing date is the 8th:
You may have 4 sessions between 8th April and 8th May
But 5 sessions between 8th May and 8th June

The monthly price remains £50. Over the year, this balances out so you receive the correct number of sessions overall.

Are there any planned closures over the year where lessons don’t run?

Yes – we run all year round with the exception of Easter Bank Holiday weekend, August Bank holiday weekend and two weeks of Christmas and New Year.

Do you charge during planned class closures?

Yes, and here’s why.

We have 4 planned weekend closures each year: Easter, late August bank holiday weekend, and Christmas.

We do not refund or reduce payments for these closures because across the year, some months include 5 sessions instead of 4.

These extra sessions balance out the weeks where classes do not run, meaning everything evens out over the year.

 

How do I cancel my subscription with Little Kickers?

We require one billing month’s notice to cancel, therefore please notify us by email you wish to cancel and you will have one full month payment to pay. 

Cancellations must be made by email, and we will confirm your final class date once received.

What happens if I cannot attend a class?

You are welcome to attend a make up session at another venue in our franchise area. You can also send a friend in your place! 

Missed classes are non refundable and cannot be transferred. 

When will I be charged?

You will be charged monthly from the anniversary of your first class.

For example, if your first class is on the 8th, you will be charged on the 8th of each month.

When will I receive my kit?

Your kit will be sent via Evri after your first payment has been processed.

What do I need to bring to class and what does my child wear?

Please wear your Little Kickers if you have received it, or wear suitable comfortable clothing. For outdoor classes we recommend you bring a coat. Please wear trainers. Football boots are not required. Please also bring a bottle of water for your child.

How do children move up age groups?

Please email [email protected] if your child is now the age group for the next class up and we will move you up.

How do the stickers and sticker cards work?

In your first class your child will be given a blank sticker card. Each class you attend your child will be given a sticker to put on their sticker card. Once your sticker card is complete please let you coach know as you will receive a medal. Once your child has received their bronze medal, their next card they will receive a silver medal and so on – going all the way through to receiving trophies.
