How do the monthly payments work?
Class fees are paid on monthly card subscription, This keeps your child’s place rolling over every month until you are ready to cancel.
Your payment date is the anniversary of your child’s very first class. If they start classes on 5th September then the next payment will come out on 6th October and so on.
There is a one-off registration fee to join the Little Kickersprogram.(£24.00).
Little Kickers membership includes:
* A football kit (top & shorts) to wear to classes.
* Enrolment in our skills badge program where they receive quarterly certificates and badges.
* A Little Kickers ‘Welcome Book’ to track progress and collect weekly stickers.
* Lifetime Membership – If you leave classes and decide to return, you won’t be charged a registration fee again.
Why is the monthly price always the same?
Some months you will have 4 sessions and some months you will have 5 within your monthly billing cycle.
The monthly price remains £36.00 throughout the year and we don’t charge extra for 5 week months.
These extra sessions balance out the weeks where classes do not run, meaning everything evens out over the year so you receive the correct number of sessions overall
We have 3 planned closures each year: Easter, late August bank holiday weekend, and Christmas.
We do not refund or reduce payments for these closures because across the year, some months include 5 sessions instead of 4.
Can I do a taster session first to see if my child likes it?
YES. We do offer a one off taster session (£5.00) in classes that have availability.
If your preferred class is full, we can add you to the waiting list and then arrange a taster session once a spot has opened up for your child.
The space is reserved for your child regardless of attendance so missed classes are non refundable and cannot be transferred.
SEND A FRIEND – If you do have to miss a class, you are welcome to invite a friend or family member to take your child’s place. They do need to be the correct age for the class.
We may be able to offer a ‘Catch Up’ class in mid-week sessions if there is availability. Please call the office to check and arrange.
We require one billing month’s ( 30 days) notice to cancel a place.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email. We will confirm your final class date once received and you can continue to attend any remaining/paid for sessions.
