When do classes run and are there any set dates that you're closed?

Our classes run all year round except for three planned closures (accounts for 5 week months not charged for, recurring billing being an equal payment each month accounting for 4 classes).
- Easter Bank Holiday weekend (no classes Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th April 2026)
- August Bank Holiday weekend (no classes Friday 28th to Monday 31st August 2026)
- Christmas break (no classes Friday 25th December 2026 to Friday 1st January 2027)
How does my child move-up to the next age-group?
Four class age groups (6 months flexibility within age groups or to meet your child’s individual needs) – some children need to move quicker or slower, and that is absolutely fine!
Ready to move up? You can either:
- Let the coach know (have a conversation), they will then ask to admin team to action the register change
- Email our friendly office team with your request Email us
- Call the office team (they do work variable hours due to coaching commitments) 0121 815 8584
This can be at any point to suit your child’s needs or schedule (providing that age criteria is meet and there is space in the desired class).
Can I change my class time, date or location?
Yes, please take a look at Find a Class
Then, the easiest way for us to action the change is by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide your child’s full name, current venue and class time along with details of the change and date from.
How do I purchase a new kit, exchange or return a kit or item from the Little Kickers shop?

Do you offer a Taster session?
Yes. We understand that you may want to come and see what we’re all about first of all!

What if we miss a class or are on holiday?
As part of your membership and our commitment to being flexible; if you are away on holiday or miss a session(s), you’re welcome to contact the office, where the team will support you to do catch-up or send a friend session(s) in your local area (individual classes are not refundable).
There are many classes running and session credits are not time limited, so can be used to suit yourselves (weekday classes are included). On the website under find a class, all classes that you can attend are linked with the telephone number 0121 815 8584 and email [email protected].
For longer term holidays, plan ahead by giving 30 days notice to cancel, to the email above (we do not have a pause facility) when you return simply reach out to reactivate your child’s classes with no membership fees payable.
How do I change my payment details?
Payment is by monthly recurring billing, the payment date is the anniversary of the first class date. The reason for this is because the date populates the electronic class register (this date cannot currently be changed).
Recurring billing is taken by a debit or credit card. If you want to change the linked card (it will initially always link to the original payment method) then you will need to reach-out to our admin team by email or call. We can update card details over the phone 0121 815 8584 or arrange a call-back by email [email protected].
If your card expires, we will need to update your card details (new account cards often need to be used with a pin number before they can be used over the phone for online payments). Most card acquisitions also prompt security verification via your banking app or a text code.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel, you can activate your 30 days notice period (as per T&Cs) by confirming this in writing by email to westmidlands@littlekickers.
Cancellations are not accepted at venues (all coaches are aware of the email cancellation policy).
