Harrow, Pinner, Watford & Rickmansworth Frequently Asked Questions
Little Kickers is a fun, structured football programme for children aged 18 months to 8 years. Our focus is on “Play not Push” – helping children build confidence, coordination, and social skills through football-based activities.
We run four classes tailored by age and development stage:
- Little Kicks: 18 months – 2.5 years
- Junior Kickers: 2.5 – 3.5 years
- Mighty Kickers: 3.5 – 5 years
- Mega Kickers: 5 – 8 years
Yes! We offer one free trial session (subject to availability) so you and your child can meet the team and experience a class before committing.
Simply email us with:
- Your child’s full name and date of birth
- Your preferred venue and date
- Your contact details
We’ll confirm availability and book you in.
Our classes are £45 per month, paid via a simple recurring subscription (similar to a gym membership).
There is also a one-off £25 membership fee, which includes your child’s first football kit.
No long-term contract—just a 30 days’ written notice required if you wish to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply provide 30 days notice, in writing to [email protected]
(Coaches are unable to accept cancellations at the class)
What happens if my child misses a class?
Missed classes are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to help with:
- A catch-up session (subject to availability), or
- A send-a-friend option
My child is shy—will they be okay?
Absolutely! It’s very normal for children to take a few weeks (often 3–4) to settle in. Our coaches are experienced in helping every child feel comfortable, included, and confident at their own pace
Do parents stay during the session?
Yes—for our younger classes (Little Kicks & Junior Kickers), parents or carers join in the session.
For older groups, children become more independent while parents watch from the side.
Comfortable clothes and trainers are perfect to start. Once registered, your child will receive their Little Kickers kit as part of the membership fee.
Do you run during school holidays?
Yes—we run year-round, including most school holidays, with only a few short planned breaks across the year.
What skills will my child learn?
Our sessions develop much more than football skills, including:
- Confidence
- Coordination
- Teamwork
- Listening and concentration
- Social skills
- Independence
Children work towards badges and certificates, awarded regularly to celebrate their development and achievements—something they absolutely love!
Yes—all our coaches are:
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Safeguarding trained
- Experienced in working with young children
Most importantly, they bring energy, care, and fun to every session.
