How is pricing consistent and fair?

Some months include 4 sessions and others include 5. The price always stays the same, so over the year everything balances out.

After registering and attending your first session, If it’s not for you, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll give you a full refund.

How much do classes cost?

Our classes cost £38.50 per month, paid by recurring card payment.

There is also a one off joining fee of £24 which includes a Little Kickers football kit.

How does the monthly payment work?

Your payment secures your place in the class each week rather than paying per session.

Your billing date is based on your first class and stays the same each month.

Why is the monthly price always the same?

Some months you will have 4 sessions and some months you will have 5.

For example, if your billing date is the 8th:
You may have 4 sessions between 8th April and 8th May
But 5 sessions between 8th May and 8th June

The monthly price remains £38.50. Over the year, this balances out so you receive the correct number of sessions overall.

Do you charge during closures?

Yes, and here’s why.

We have 3 planned closures each year: Easter, late August bank holiday weekend, and Christmas.

We do not refund or reduce payments for these closures because across the year, some months include 5 sessions instead of 4.

These extra sessions balance out the weeks where classes do not run, meaning everything evens out over the year.

What about weekday classes?

Weekday classes run during term time only and customers will see a reduction the following month.

Your payments are adjusted across the year to account for the weeks where weekday classes do not run, apart from the 3 standard closures (which are charged for every customer.

How do I cancel?

We require one billing month’s notice to cancel.

Cancellations must be made by email, and we will confirm your final class date once received.

What happens if we miss a class?

Missed classes are non refundable and cannot be transferred.

What is the minimum sign up period?

The minimum sign up period is 2 months.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged monthly from the anniversary of your first class.

For example, if your first class is on the 8th, you will be charged on the 8th of each month.

When will we receive the kit?

Your kit will be sent via Evri after your first payment has been processed.

What should my child wear?

Trainers or comfortable shoes are ideal. Football boots are not required.

How do children move up age groups?

Speak to your coach or email us. Moves are based on readiness and availability. We will always confirm in writing when your child will move up.
