Responsibilities of the Little Kickers Manchester Lead Coach:
- Coaching football – 18 months to 9 years old
- Communication with children, parents/carers, colleages
- Physically running the coaching – must be fit for the role
- Travelling to the venues

NB: higher pay rates apply after full in-house training and assessment. * National minimum wage rates apply for under 21s whilst training.
Requirements:
Requirements to be a Little Kickers Lead Coach Manchester:
- Confident, out-going, great with children, 100% reliable
- Excellent verbal communication skills are vital
- FA Level 1 coaching qualification/First Aid & child protection modules – would be an advantage
- Previous experience working with young children – would be an advantage but not essential
