Coaching & Operations Director

Charlie started coaching with us in 2016, originally as part of his DofE volunteering requirements. Some years later he has moved up the ranks and is now Director of Coaching and Operations making a significant positive impact on the quality of caching at our venues every day. In his spare time, Charlie is a keen Volleyballer playing for Reigate VC and also enjoying climbing and Formula 1.

Noah Phillips

Lead Coach

Noah has been coaching at Little Kickers since 2017 (with a break when he went to Uni in Bath). He’s currently studying towards his Masters in Epidemiology at UCL whilst working at Little Kickers when not studying. Noah is a keen gig goer and enjoys climbing and traveling.

Sarah Morgan

Lead Coach

Sarah has worked at Little Kickers since 2017, originally with East Surrey but then with the Guildford Team whilst at Uni and also in Australia when she was travelling. She is now back with us and working weekends while studying for her Law credentials. Sarah is a keen runner and enjoys playing netball.

Harry Cunningham

Lead Coach

Harry is an avid footballer playing for a local team and is in his final year of A levels hoping to Study Sports Coaching in September at Uni. Harry started with Little Kickers in April 2023 and has worked his way up to be a Lead Coach at our Reigate and Redhill venues.

Paige Osullivan

Lead Coach

Paige is a lead coach oat our Epsom Downs venue and has been with us since Jan 2023. A popular and enthusiastic coach, Paige also runs her own hair salon which opened in August 2025 Paige is a keen runner and loves socialising and going to the theatre.

Neve Cadle

Coach

Neve started volunteering at Little Kickers at a young age and has been working at our Epsom Downs venue on a Saturday officially since 2023. She is a popular and reliable coach and the children love her. Neve also plays football at a high level for a local team and is currently working towards taking her GCSE’s in May/June of this year.

Adrian Thompson

Lead Coach

Adrian has been coaching children and young adults for over 25 years and has been with since June 2022 spending most of his adult life around football and holds multipole FA/UEFA qualifications. Adrian works full time at a school supporting SEND children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Scarlett Gwatkin

Coach

Scarlett is coach at our Epsom Downs venue and has been with since June 2023. She holds her FA Level 1 and formerly played football for a local team and her school. She works full time as a dental assistant and enjoys socialising and travelling.

Yannick Voychan

Coach

Yannick has been with Little Kickers since May 2024 starting as a trainee coach and working n towards his Lead coach credentials. He also works during the week for 6occer and plays football at a high level at Sevenoaks Town FC

Sophie Leahy

Coach

Sophie has been coaching with us since May 2024 at our Reigate venue. Since moving to Uni, we are delighted that she continues to Coach with Little kickers Chichester in term time but returns to coach with us during the holidays. Sophie is a reliable and flexible team player who enjoys socialising with friends.

Tilly Richardson

Coach

Tilly has been coaching with us since May 2024, and currently works across multiple venues on a Saturday an at Copthorne on a Sunday. A popular and reliable Coach, Tilly also volunteers at her local church playgroup and is planning to travel in the Spring before returning to Uni to study psychology in September.

Clive Alger

Lead Coach

Clive joined Little Kickers in 2021 when he officially retired from his role at Santander. He keeps himself busy coaching with us 4 days a week as well as working in a local café and helping coach older children at an after-school club. Clive is never still, love socialising, is part of a walking football team and spend time with his many grandchildren whenever he can
