At Little Kickers East Surrey, we’re always on the lookout for fun, reliable, and energetic coaches to join our friendly and professional team.

If you’re passionate about working with children and want to be part of a programme that’s “more than just football,” we’d love to hear from you.

What Does the Role Involve?

Our coaches deliver engaging, high-energy sessions for children aged 18 months to 8 years, helping them develop not only basic football skills but also confidence, coordination, teamwork, and social skills.

A typical session involves:

• Leading fun, structured activities and games
• Creating a positive and supportive environment for every child
• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality sessions
• Communicating confidently with both children and parents
• Helping set up and pack away equipment

No two sessions are ever the same – but they are always rewarding!

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a professional footballer – personality and attitude are just as important as experience.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and great with young children
• Reliable and punctual
• Confident communicators with a positive attitude
• Team players who can also take initiative
• Passionate about creating a fun and safe environment

Experience in coaching, childcare, teaching, or sports is helpful, but not essential – we provide training and ongoing support to help you develop.
