Your job role is to coach football to our children aged 18 months – 7 years old. We are looking for Lead Coaches! If you are confident, patient and out-going, 100% reliable and have a genuine desire to offer

young children a positive introduction to sport then we would love to hear from you!

You must have excellent & clear verbal communication skills and be physically fit for this role. Experience working with young children would also be advantageous although not necessarily essential.

The successful candidate will be fully trained by Little Kickers via online training and practical coaching assessments.

The lead coach is responsible for:

• Venue preparation (joint responsibility with assistant coach)

• Opening up & locking the venue when finished with the classes

• Assisting the assistant coach with class registration

• Planning of sessions/games

• Ensure good timing is maintained during sessions

• Coaching each individual session

• Assisting with end of day activities

• Taking personal Health & Safety at work precautions

• Ensuring the safety of the children during sessions
